Who is this course For?

This course is for the students who wish to experience the study pattern, culture, teaching pattern, as well as the education ecosystem of UK. This course allows the student to taste-test their future education and career goals during their program execution of two weeks at Host University.

What Is The Offering ?

Program offers a 2 weeks non-credit and non-degree short term certificate program. During the 12 nights program, the student gets to study at the Host University and Experience the academic ecosystem and living in the host cities

Is IELTS Required For Entry/Visa For The Program?

No, IELTS is not required for this study program or to apply for visas related to this program.

  • The Program is of 2 Weeks.
  • There will be approximately 40+ contact hours.
  • After filling out the form, please confirm with your International Cell/Coordinator from your college or UGF team at +919712740032.
  • Pay a refundable deposit of 10,000/- to secure your seat.
  • Sign the enrollment declaration
  • Pay your fees of GBP 1699/- using the provided transfer details*.
  • Withdrawal from the program after the seat has been confirmed will not be permitted and may have implications.
  • The course registration closes 10 days after launching at your university, and you will receive a fees payment deadline along with your invoice.
  • Students are encouraged to register early to secure their spot in the program.

  • The visa filing procedure is ad hoc and requires no interviews.
  • No IELTS is required for the visa application process.
  • The visa issuance typically takes between 3-4 weeks.
  • The type of visa issued will depend on the High Commission, but it will only be for a short-term duration.
  • The visa can be issued just two days preceding the course start dates* and may last only untill the end of the course. 
  • You will receive guidance for visa documents from the chosen travel desk by you or your university.
  • If you already have a UK visa, there will be no visa fees.

  • It Binds You To Be In Legal Borders & To Compile To The Program As Per Listed Guidelines Of Your University.
  • In case your visa application is denied, GBP 75 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued if you choose to opt out of the program after payment of fees.
  • If the program is canceled by the host university, the full fees will be refunded.
  • No roaming or traveling is allowed until you complete your program/session.
  • If you wish to travel to other places/countries, you will need written permission from both the university and your parents.
  • A passport is compulsory for the program.
  • No accommodation other than the one provided under the program during weekdays will be permitted for the duration of the program/session. If you plan to visit a relative or another place, you must submit an application with all the details of your stay and the relative.
  • A Mentor accompanies the students for the course duration. A mentor will be appointed for the program, who will accompany you in the UK.
